This session in the Successful Supervision: Supporting Housing and Service Providers series will address how to build productive and supportive relationships with your staff. Topics will include facilitating supervision meetings, strategies for establishing trust and rapport and giving effective feedback.

This webinar will take place through the CSH Training Center platform. Participants will sign in to their accounts to access the learning and materials.
- We use the Zoom Meetings platform. You will have an option to use computer or phone audio via toll free number.
- All our live webinars and workshops feature activities that encourage your involvement from polls, to chat to encouraging feedback with engagement platforms. You will have a number of options to decide how to participate in the session.
- Attendees are not expected to be on camera.
- Closed captioning is available.
- All attendees have access to a learner guide that includes all key material covered in slides (slides are not provided).

Sabrina Fields Alesana
Senior Program Manager
Sabrina Fields Alesana is a Senior Program Manager on the Los Angeles team. She has experience working with families, youth, and older adults within social services and in housing. Sabrina holds a Master’s in Social Work from the University of Washington and sees herself as a cultural change shifter with a passion for racial equity and justice.

Ariana Saunders
Associate Director
Ariana Saunders is the Associate Director of the CSH Training Center. With over 15 years of experience in social services and supportive housing, she is passionate about helping providers support the behavioral health needs of their tenants and staff by facilitating trainings on Medicaid, mental health, engagement and de-escalation strategies, as well as supervision. Ariana enjoys participating in trainings that are interactive learning environments that foster innovation and problem solving.
