Individual Live Webinar Purchases:Users must notify the Training Center via email at [email protected] to request a refund of a session at least 24 hours before the session is scheduled. Webinars are recorded and all registered users who purchased the session can access the recording via their dashboard regardless of attendance. Each recording can be accessed for up to 3 months through the dashboard. No refund is offered for webinars that are attended or after the event has occurred regardless of attendance.

Training Packages/Bundles/Plans: Once purchased, the purchase is final. Refunds cannot be issued for any unused portion of plans, packages or bundles. For organizational purchases - It is the responsibility of the purchaser to promote utilization of package purchases, no refund will be issued for unused or underutilized purchases.

Self-Paced Online Classes are non-refundable if they have been accessed. Each self-paced online class can be accessed for 3 months after purchase unless extended access is purchased.

Intellectual Property Rights

CSH does not use outside consultants or contractors to develop or provide learning for the Supportive Housing Training Center.

All CSH data, materials, products and trainings, which includes any data or information of CSH that is provided to or obtained in the performance of its obligations under the agreed to trainings, including data and information with respect to the businesses, customers, operations, facilities, products, consumer markets, assets, and finances of CSH, work notes, reports, documents, computer programs (non-proprietary), computer input and output, analyses, tests, maps, surveys, or any other materials developed specifically for trainings, are and shall remain the sole and exclusive property of CSH. The Customers/Clients shall not provide copies of any data, materials and products prepared under trainings to any other party without the prior written consent of CSH.
