Managing people is one of the most rewarding—and challenging—aspects of a supervisor's role.

This engaging workshop helps supervisors build the foundational leadership skills needed to support staff, navigate difficult conversations, foster accountability, and create productive team environments. Yes, CEUs are awarded after the workshop upon completion of an online skills review. Attendance is required.

Lunch is not provided, there will be a one hour break for lunch. Options are within 5 min walking distance.
