Wellbeing at Work - Program for the Housing and Human Services Field

This two-day training program is designed to empower participants with the knowledge and tools to enhance their wellbeing and resilience. Through interactive modules, participants will explore key areas for developing personal resilience, understand the impact of stress and secondary trauma, and learn practical techniques for managing priorities and boundaries. By the end of the program, participants will begin to implement their learning and reflect on their wellbeing journey.

We will talk about how stress impacts individual functioning and performance at work. Exploring ways to intervene and recover from stressful events.

Module 2

Techniques for Counteracting Stress and Secondary Trauma

Explore the impact of stress and experience of secondary trauma. Learn coping strategies and stress management techniques.
