    Subscription includes access to all live webinars, workshops and certification programs during a 12-month period. 

    All subscribers must have an individual account and login details cannot be shared as per our terms and conditions. Please select a plan that covers all staff needing access. 

    Monthly billing is available for small, medium or large plans. A 12-month commitment is required. There is a premium charge for monthly billing.

    Our subscription plans are designed in fixed tiers—Small (25 subscribers), Medium (50 subscribers), and Large (100 subscribers)—to keep things simple, scalable, and cost-effective. While we don’t offer custom plans for exact employee counts, you can choose the tier that best fits your needs or purchase individual subscriptions if you only need access for a few people. This approach helps us streamline support and billing while ensuring consistent service across all plans.

    Yes, you can upgrade to a higher tier at any time. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current subscription term.

    Yes, you can reassign a subscription if someone leaves your organization or changes roles. Just contact [email protected]. Please note we are only able make one reassignment during the 12-month period.
