This is an interactive workshop. Participants should be prepared to actively participate in activities and group work. Each session will include a mid-way break of 30 mins.

A desktop or laptop computer (per participant)
A high-speed internet connection
Audio that has microphone not just speakers (a headset is ideal)
A space to participate with limited distractions
