Wellbeing at Work

This in-person training program is designed to empower participants with the knowledge and tools to enhance their wellbeing and resilience. Through interactive activities, participants will explore key areas for developing personal resilience, understand the impact of stress and secondary trauma, and learn practical techniques for managing priorities and boundaries. By the end of the program, participants will begin to implement their learning and reflect on their wellbeing journey.

Introduction to Wellbeing and Resilience

Participants will explore key areas for developing wellbeing and resilience in their personal and professional life.

Exploring the Impact of Stress at Work

We will talk about how stress impacts individual functioning and performance at work. Exploring ways to intervene and recover from stressful events.

Techniques for Counteracting Stress and Secondary Trauma

Explore the impact of stress and experience of secondary trauma. Learn coping strategies and stress management techniques.

Managing Priorities and Boundaries

Learn tools and techniques for prioritization, explore ways to set and maintain boundaries.

Restorative Resilience - Preventing Burnout

Learn a model to cultivate a supportive workplace environment that builds skills focused on reflective practices, coaching and resilience training to reduce burnout.

CEUs are not offered for this training. 

Lunch is not provided. There will be a 60-70 min break to allow attendees to take advantage of local options in walking distance. Morning coffee/tea will be available.
