Phylicia Adams


Phylicia Adams (she/her) is a Senior Program Manager with CSH’s Connecticut team. She has 10+ years of experience in affordable housing with experience in property management, asset management, and case management. She is passionate about building healthy, equitable communities with safe, affordable housing.

Pamela Agava

Pamela Agava is a Senior Program Manager for the Mid Atlantic, she works to increase cross sector investment and quality supportive housing opportunities throughout the Mid-Atlantic region for vulnerable populations. She is an affordable housing advocate, with a proven background in providing management and program support through technical assistance.

Sabrina Fields Alesana, MSW

Sabrina Fields Alesana is a Senior Program Manager on the Los Angeles team. She has experience working with families, youth, and older adults within social services and in housing. Sabrina holds a Master's in Social Work from the University of Washington and sees herself as a cultural change shifter with a passion for racial equity and justice.

Patricia Bauer

Patricia Bauer is a Senior Program Manager with over 14 years of experience working at the intersections of gender-based violence, homelessness and mental health. Patricia believes we all have personal experiences that bring us to this work and that our individual stories are a source of collective strength.

Kate Bitney

Kate Bitney is a Senior Program Manager with over 19 years of experience in the field of homeless services and supportive housing. Kate learns something new from every group and person she works with and loves seeing the ripple effect that quality services and interactions have on individuals, organizations, and systems.

Katie Bonamosso, MSW

Katie Bonamasso, MSW is a Senior Program Manager with nearly 20 years of experience working in affordable and supportive housing programs. In her previous roles living onsite as a property manager, and as a program director for housing services , Katie knows firsthand what it is like to live and breathe this work every day.

Amber Buening

Amber Buening (she/they) is a Senior Program Manager at the Training Center with over 10 years of experience working with supportive housing providers. Amber is passionate about learning design and content related to LGBTQ+ populations.

Emma Chapple

Emma Chapple (she/her) is a Senior Program Manager with over five years of experience in supportive housing. She is a passionate trainer on Housing First and Working with Tenants and helps facilitate our series on Managing Supportive Housing Teams. Emma loves trainings that foster peer-sharing and connections with supportive housing professionals across the country.

Lindsey Bishop Gilmore

Lindsey Bishop Gilmore is a Senior Program Manager based in Detroit, MI. She is committed to sharing the lessons she’s learned over her 10+ years of experience with supportive housing and homelessness response systems. Lindsey loves to create training experiences that are interactive and focused on problem-solving and building new capacities.

Lori Guterriez

Lori (she/her) is a Senior Program Manager with the Pacific Northwest team. Lori has 15 years of experience in providing direct service across the housing spectrum, including shelter, transitional housing, supportive housing, and low-income senior housing.

Megan Helbling

Megan Helbling (she/her) is a housing advocate with a passion for bringing joy and connection to coalition building and systems change work. Currently a Senior Program Manager on the Mountain West team at CSH, she works with Pay for Success initiatives, supportive housing education and trainings, and other projects. She lives in Denver and loves biking, backpacking, and hosting dinner parties.

Jasmine Lewis

Jasmine Lewis is a Senior Program Manager with CSH’s Michigan Team. She is a seasoned professional with a diverse career spanning non-profit, government, and property ownership sectors.

Johnna Lowe

Johnna Lowe is a Senior Program Manager with over 11 years of experience working in supportive housing. She strongly believes in the importance of learning from your experiences, peer sharing, and activating the voice of those with lived experience and expertise.

Bernie Miles

Bernie Miles is a Senior Program Manager with the San Diego Team. He has worked in the social services field for more than 35 years. Bernie is passionate about mental health, homelessness, veterans, and racial equity.

Charlsey Nance

Charlesy Nance is a Senior Program Manager within the Southeast Team. She has over 10 years of experience in the social services field, providing direct services to clients of diverse socioeconomic and cultural backgrounds in an administrative capacity to develop, monitor, and improve service quality, effectiveness, and efficiency.

Tim Ng

Tim Ng is the Digital Learning Lead for the Training Center. He has over 8 years of experience working in graphic design, graphic design, photography, videography, and learning design. Tim holds a bachelor’s degree in fine art photography from the School of Visual Arts in New York City.

Brooke Page

Brooke Page is the Director of the southwest, Brooke is responsible for managing and delivering technical assistance with a focus on engaging systems, aligning resources to create new units of supportive housing (SH) and ensuring the delivery of equitable and quality services for individuals and families who have complex barriers that impact access to housing.

Terri Power

Terri Power is the Associate Director of Ohio office. She has 13 years experience supervising supportive housing staff and over 30 years experience providing and supervising high quality services in a variety of social service settings. She loves training and coaching because she is thoroughly committed to improving skills and expanding knowledge of service providers.

Rachel Rice

Rachel Rice serves as CSH's Administrative Manager and has 15 years of experience in nonprofit program management. Rachel shares her expertise on topics related to maternal family and child health, housing case management supervision and program development/implementation.

Maya Saxena, MSW

Maya Saxena (she/her) is a Program Manager on the National Consulting Team. She is a social worker who believes that access to and equity within services and supportive housing are essential. Maya has her Master’s in Social Work from the University of Chicago and enjoys interactive training that sparks new and exciting thoughts and ideas.

Ariana Saunders

Ariana Saunders is the Associate Director of the Training Center. With over 15 years of experience in social services and supportive housing. Ariana enjoys participating in trainings that are interactive learning environments that foster innovation and problem solving.

Lisa Sepahi, MSW

Lisa is the Director of the Training Center. She has 25+ years of experience working in direct services, housing, and policy. She believes that learning should be impactful and transformational---active learning that helps learners to build skills and the capacity to do the work they do every day.

Stephanie Sideman

Stephanie Sideman is a Senior Program Manager. Stephanie has been with CSH for 12 years and before that she worked in programs serving people experiencing homelessness for ten years and earned a master’s degree in Social Service Administration from the University of Chicago.

Andrew Spiers, LSW

Andrew is a dedicated and solutions-focused social worker with over 15 years of experience serving individuals experiencing homelessness and managing multiple disabilities. He has extensive experience training communities, direct service staff, and CoC leadership on high fidelity Housing First practice, harm reduction, service delivery best practices, and LGBTQ+ affirming care.

Rae Trotta

Rae (they/them) is a Senior Program Manager with 15 years of experience in social services and supportive housing. Rae is driven to this work by lived experience, their own and that of the countless marginalized bodies who have not been afforded an opportunity to take a seat at decision-making tables

Lauren Velez

Lauren Velez is a Associate Director with the Metro Team, focusing on advancing supportive housing initiatives in New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Lauren’s portfolio includes work with youth and families, single adults and high utilizers of Medicaid and emergency systems.

Shiri Yadlin

Shiri Yadlin is a Senior Program Manager with a decade of experience in the field of housing and homelessness. Shiri's training experience includes equipping faith leaders and congregations in the DC area with the education, resources, and tools necessary to pursue housing justice in their communities.

Kate West

Kate West (she/they) is a Program Manager with Mountain West team. Kate has nearly a decade of experience in the field of housing including affordable housing, aging services, service coordination, property management, and development. They are enthusiastic about the intersection of housing and healthcare with an emphasis on equity.
