Course Description
Well-designed learning can help your organization grow, improve employee retention and promote a commitment to continual improvement throughout your organization. This course is designed to support participants in adopting and implementing approaches to learning that work best for adults, are evidence-based, and create impactful learning for your organization.

Audience
This course is for anyone who designs and facilitates training and learning programs. With a specific focus on social services, government, non-profits and supportive housing providers, this course is for new and experienced trainers alike.

Two-part Series, 2.5 hour Sessions

    Director Lisa Sepahi

    Lisa is the Director of the Training Center. She has 25+ years of experience working in direct services, housing, and policy. Her training specialties include supportive services, property management, leadership development, and adult learning. She believes that learning should be impactful and transformational---active learning that helps learners to build skills and the capacity to do the work they do every day.

    Program Manager Tim Ng

    Tim Ng is a Program Manager at CSH’s Training Center with over 8 years of experience working in graphic design, photography, videography and learning design. At CSH, Tim’s portfolio includes UX design, LMS administration and e-learning development. Tim holds a bachelor’s degree in fine art photography from the School of Visual Arts in New York City.
