This webinar is part of the Trauma-Informed Approaches Certification for Property Managers.
Establishing trusting relationships is key to a trauma-informed approach, and boundaries and transparency are key ingredients for building trust. This course will explore strategies to help property management teams identify and set boundaries, and develop trust and rapport with tenants. In addition, this course will look at ways to establish more effective working relationships with service providers and create a collaborative approach to support the needs of tenants.
