Setting You and Your Team up for Success

This webinar will cover Foundational Skills for Supervisors as well as Hiring and Onboarding Strategies. Specifically, the course provides strategies for improving communication, ways to develop your personal leadership style and an exploration of the importance of self-awareness as a supervisor. The course explores ways supervisors can develop and adopt strategies that promote and foster inclusion, from creating an equitable hiring strategy, setting team members up for success.

Improving Performance and Managing Conflict

This session focuses on skills and techniques to boost performance and navigating conflicts effectively within teams. Participants will learn key strategies for effectively manage performance, fostering communication, and aligning goals. Additionally, the session will cover techniques for active listening, structured problem-solving, mediation, and maintaining respectful dialogue during conflicts.

Transformative Feedback and Coaching

In this session we'll cover tools for giving both constructive and supportive feedback. Also, this course will explore the skills and strategies that will help supervisors effectively become coaches and motivators within their teams. Participants will learn how to transform their feedback, moving beyond praise or criticism to help coach and support staff to grow in their roles.

This live webinar will cover best practices for compassionate leadership and change management. This includes exploring what it means to lead with empathy to help support diverse teams. The course will provide strategies for to help participants better prepare and support their teams to implement changes.
