This webinar will cover Foundational Skills for Supervisors as well as Hiring and Onboarding Strategies. Specifically, the course provides strategies for improving communication, ways to develop your personal leadership style and an exploration of the importance of self-awareness as a supervisor. The course explores ways supervisors can develop and adopt strategies that promote and foster inclusion, from creating an equitable hiring strategy, setting team members up for success.

The training will cover why performance management is important and how to use performance management to support the professional development of your staff and provide constructive feedback to help improve performance. Specifically, constructive feedback approaches will be addressed. Additionally, the course will review how and when to use a coaching to supervision.
