Specifically, the course provides strategies for improving communication, ways to develop your personal leadership style and an exploration of the importance of self-awareness as a supervisor. The course explores ways supervisors can develop and adopt strategies that promote and foster inclusion, from creating an equitable hiring strategy, setting team members up for success.
