Supervisors of supportive housing staff can play a unique role in cultivating a work culture that encourages self-care to support their team and peers. In this interactive course we invite supervisors to explore with us self-care strategies in the workplace that are especially helpful during difficult and stressful times.

This pre-recorded webinar is focused on tools and strategies supervisors can implement to support their teams to help to reduce burnout and to provide trauma-informed support to your team members in these challenging times. We encourage participants to join us in sharing their experiences and ideas as part of this session.
