Senior Program Manager Amber Buening

Amber Buening (she/they) is a Senior Program Manager at CSH’s Training Center with about 10 years of experience working with supportive housing providers. At CSH, Amber’s portfolio includes training design, facilitation, and e-learning development. Amber is passionate about learning design and content related to LGBTQ+ populations.

Senior Program Manager Rae Trotta

Rae (they/them) is a Senior Program Manager with 15 years of experience in social services and supportive housing. Rae is driven to this work by lived experience, their own and that of the countless marginalized bodies who have not been afforded an opportunity to take a seat at decision-making tables. Working at the intersection of homelessness, housing, health and justice-involvement, Rae is strongly motivated to engage, facilitate and support capacity for community-led Initiatives. Rae’s background is in direct social service and public health, specializing in systems change, community engagement and Housing First.
