Description
Landlords are essential for sustaining supportive housing in our communities, which desperately need more units. This training will illuminate best practices on creating new partnerships and recruiting landlords. The training provides strategies for service providers to "sell" their program to landlords.
The training also explores promising practices for maintaining relationships with landlords that can transform into partnerships that help sustain supportive housing programs.

This webinar will take place through the CSH Training Center platform. Participants will sign in to their accounts to access the learning and materials.
- We use the Zoom Meetings platform. You will have an option to use computer or phone audio via toll free number.
- All our live webinars and workshops feature activities that encourage your involvement from polls, to chat to encouraging feedback with engagement platforms. You will have a number of options to decide how to participate in the session.

Andrew Spiers
Senior Program Manager
Andrew Spiers, LSW, is a dedicated and solutions-focused social worker with over 15 years of experience serving individuals experiencing homelessness and managing multiple disabilities. Currently a Senior Program Manager on the Federal Technical Assistance (TA) team at CSH, Andrew coordinates TA opportunities for HUD-funded communities throughout the country. He has extensive experience training communities, direct service staff, and CoC leadership on high fidelity Housing First practice, harm reduction, service delivery best practices, and LGBTQ+ affirming care.
