UThis recorded webinar examines the “frequent user” definition used by several communities to target this population for interventions such as coordinated care and housing aimed at reducing their cost to the system along with improving health.Frequent users or high utilizers of crisis health and other costly public services are buzzwords in the health sector today as health systems attempt to improve care and reduce costs. Many health systems are looking to better connect expensive, vulnerable patients to community health centers and to stable housing. But what do these patients look like?
