Introduction to CTI

Introductory Level

Critical Time Intervention (CTI) is a proven approach to supporting persons transitioning from institutions to housing. This time-limited care coordination model is design to help prevent homelessness among persons with substance use and mental health problems following discharge from institutions such as hospitals, shelters, and prisons. In this short self-paced course learners will be introduced to the phases of CTI and the benefits of CTI for supportive housing providers. (Course length 20 - 30 mins)

    90 days unless you have purchased as part of a plan or package.
