There is now a growing awareness of the need to embrace self-care as a strategy for managing everyday pressures, stress, and trauma. Supervisors of supportive housing staff can play a unique role in cultivating a work culture that encourages self-care to support their team and peers. In this interactive course we invite supervisors to explore with us self-care strategies in the workplace that are especially helpful during difficult and stressful times.
This course is focused on tools and strategies supervisors can implement to support their teams to help to reduce burnout and to provide trauma-informed support to your team members in these challenging times. We encourage participants to join us in sharing their experiences and ideas as part of this session.
